1. About the platform

Expert Magic is a technology platform owned and operated by MS Techsphere. It enables users to discover and communicate with independent experts through audio and video consultations.

Expert Magic provides the platform and related technology. Unless expressly stated otherwise, experts act independently and are responsible for the information they provide.

2. Eligibility and accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a contract.
• Account information must be accurate and belong to you.
• You are responsible for maintaining control of your device and login credentials.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts involved in abuse, fraud, impersonation or policy violations.

3. Nature of consultations

Consultations are intended for general guidance, skill development and personal development conversations. They are not emergency services and do not replace qualified medical, mental-health, legal, financial or other regulated professional advice.

• Do not rely on the platform during an emergency.
• Experts must accurately represent their experience and must not make guaranteed-outcome claims.

4. Pricing and billing

The applicable audio or video rate is displayed on the expert profile before a consultation begins. Charges are calculated using the displayed rate and billable consultation duration. A sufficient wallet balance may be required before initiating a paid consultation.

Where supported, verified technical interruptions may be excluded from billable duration. Applicable taxes and payment processing information are displayed in the app or payment interface.

5. Acceptable use

• No sexual, explicit, exploitative, hateful, threatening or harassing content.
• No illegal activity, fraud, solicitation, impersonation or misleading claims.
• No recording or redistribution of another participant’s image, voice or personal information without lawful consent.
• No attempts to bypass platform safety, billing or communication controls.

6. Availability and limitation

We work to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Calls may be affected by device, network, carrier or third-party service conditions.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, MS Techsphere is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from reliance on independent expert guidance.

7. Changes and contact

We may update these terms to reflect product, legal or safety changes. Continued use after an updated effective date constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
