• Expert profile information including specialties, languages, rates and verification information.
• Wallet, transaction, payout and consultation metadata such as timestamps, duration and call type.
• Device, security, crash and diagnostic information needed to protect and operate the service.
• Support requests, reports and communications you send to us.

How we use information

• Authenticate accounts and provide app functions.
• Connect users and experts and calculate consultation charges.
• Process support, safety reports, refunds and disputes.
• Prevent fraud, abuse and unauthorized access.
• Comply with applicable legal, accounting and regulatory requirements.

Audio and video

Live audio and video are transmitted through communication infrastructure to provide the consultation. Expert Magic does not permit users to record or redistribute consultations without lawful consent. Android screen-capture protection may be enabled on supported call screens, but no technology can prevent a separate external camera from filming a device.

Sharing and processors

We may use service providers for authentication, cloud storage, calling, notifications, analytics, security and payments. They receive information only as reasonably needed to provide their services or meet legal duties.

We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information where required by law, to protect users, or during a lawful business reorganisation subject to appropriate safeguards.

Retention and security

Information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for service, safety, accounting, dispute resolution and legal obligations. We use access controls, authentication and technical safeguards, but no electronic system is completely secure.

Your choices

• Review or correct profile information in the app where available.
• Request account deletion using the Account Deletion page.
• Withdraw optional permissions through device settings, noting that some features may stop working.

Children

Expert Magic is intended only for adults aged 18 years or older. We do not knowingly provide accounts to children.
