How expert profiles are reviewed and what verification does—and does not—mean.

Experts may be asked to provide identity, contact, bank or experience-related information depending on platform and regulatory requirements. Profile information must be truthful, current and supported when verification is requested.
No fake qualifications
Experts must never upload fabricated qualifications, licences, employment claims, ratings or identity information. Misrepresentation may result in permanent removal and further action.
Meaning of verification
A verification indicator means only that specified information or documents were reviewed through the available process. It is not an endorsement, guarantee of quality or promise of any outcome.
Ongoing checks
MS Techsphere may request updated information, investigate reports, restrict categories or remove experts whose information cannot be verified or whose conduct violates platform policies.
