Be respectful

• End the consultation if either participant feels unsafe.

Strictly prohibited

• Nudity, sexual or adult content, sexual solicitation or exploitation.
• Content involving minors or any attempt to contact minors.
• Fraud, scams, impersonation, illegal goods or instructions for wrongdoing.
• Hate, threats, blackmail, stalking or sharing private information.
• Recording, screenshots or redistribution without lawful consent.

Expert responsibilities

• Describe skills and experience honestly.
• Stay within your competence and do not claim licences you do not hold.
• Do not promise guaranteed results or provide regulated advice without required authorisation.
• Protect user confidentiality and use platform communication controls.

Enforcement

Reports may be reviewed using account, consultation and technical records. Actions may include warnings, feature restrictions, temporary suspension, permanent removal and reporting to lawful authorities where required.
