Account & Data Deletion

Submit a request

Write to expertmagic.support@gmail.com with the subject “Expert Magic Account Deletion”. Include your registered mobile number and whether the account is a User or Expert account. For security, we may ask you to verify ownership inside the app or through an OTP flow.

What happens next

• Access to the account will be disabled after verification and processing.
• Profile information will be deleted or de-identified unless retention is required for transactions, fraud prevention, disputes, safety or applicable law.
• Outstanding wallet, payout, chargeback or investigation matters may need resolution before final deletion.
• Deletion does not remove information lawfully retained in backups until the normal backup lifecycle completes.

Important security note

Never send your password, OTP, UPI PIN, complete card details or Aadhaar document by ordinary email. Support will provide a secure method if additional verification is required.
